The worst things startups do (Scobleizer)

Robert Scoble has written a post on what are the signs of bad startups that are peppered all around the world. I agree with his list to a fair degree, especially the first one.
You don't have to splurge on real estate (unless your business demands it). IT companies need good healthy food, good healthy drinks, some fair amount of space, decent lighting and powerful machines to help engineers get their work done.
I personally am a sucker for engineering based companies. It certainly helps that I have an engineering background. But, there's something about us engineers that brings about this amazing camaraderie within a startup that's just fantastic to be in. I am doing my MBA right now, however, my hope and ambition is to get back into the fantastic environment of engineers and development and leading such wonderful people with a business sense. I am also willing to code anytime. =)

Here's to awesome startup technology firms. Kudos to Posterous.!!
